As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring seamless real estate transactions from pre-listing to close. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency and prioritize client needs.
- Oversee transaction processes from initial contact through closing.
- Prepare necessary documents and obtain essential signatures.
- Input listing information on MLS and marketing websites.
- Coordinate with third-party services, including title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
- Assist in negotiations regarding repairs and coordinate inspections.
- Submit documentation for file compliance and update client database systems.
- Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and data management tools.
- Detail-oriented and motivated by achievements.
- Able to manage competing demands and work independently.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
