Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team at HR Network Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent, and 5 years of work experience in handling corporate or institutional accounts related to construction or architectural design.

This role requires strong connections with Architects, Engineers, or Interior Designers and an aggressive approach to account acquisition and saturation. Traveling to different business locations is also a must.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year.

Job Description
  • Demonstrate and promote all corporate products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Motivate and supervise the sales team to reach their targets.
  • Invite customers, designers, and architects to product presentations.
  • Initiate and conduct field activities aligned with the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through sales presentations to design and architectural companies or real estate agents.
  • Prepare and deliver KPI reports during monthly meetings.
  • Submit performance review forms for each sales representative to the HR Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in handling corporate or institutional accounts related to construction or architectural design.
  • Strong connections with Architects, Engineers, or Interior Designers.
  • Aggressive approach to account acquisition and saturation.
  • Able to travel to different business locations.
