Customer Satisfaction Specialist

We are seeking a professional to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across Amazon Seller Central and our website.
This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance for a seamless shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and our website.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
- Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
- A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
