Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across Amazon Seller Central and our website.

This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance for a seamless shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and our website.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
