We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support Specialist to spearhead and manage our customer service function, delivering high-quality support experiences to clients and partners.
- Elevate and refine customer service standards to align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Maintain and analyze customer service metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement, drive team performance, and report insights to leadership.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service within the organization.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Analyze and improve customer service processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven expertise in customer service practices and customer journey management.
- Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to resolving customer challenges, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
