Customer Experience Professional

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll play a vital role in retaining and growing our customer base.

This isn't just about onboarding and support - it's about building long-term relationships, driving customer adoption, and helping clients achieve maximum value from our platform.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our product. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately, revenue growth.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has a proven track record in account management or customer success, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote or distributed team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master the Product: Develop deep knowledge of our platform, guide clients in adopting features that improve their workflow, and nurture customer health from onboarding through renewal.
  • Drive Customer Success Strategy: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing on customer-driven initiatives, bring customer feedback to internal teams, and help design and deliver feedback programs.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and negotiate renewal terms to proactively manage churn risks.

What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
  • Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success, especially in roles focused on retention and product adoption.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and internal communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.
  • Able to manage a high-volume client portfolio and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in a tech or SaaS environment with fast-paced expectations.
  • Exposure to both customer support and light upsell or cross-sell responsibilities.
  • Track record of thriving in remote or distributed teams.
