Reservation Coordinator

At Staff Outsourcing Solutions, we offer a competitive salary package to our Hospitality Operations Specialist, with an estimated annual compensation of $35,000.00 in the Cebu Business Park area.
About the JobThis role is responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting quality assurance tests to maintain the highest standards of service. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in hosting, setting up, and managing offshore business operations in the Philippines on behalf of clients from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:Manage reservations: receive and process reservation requests via various platforms, confirm reservation details with customers, update reservation systems with accurate information, and communicate any changes to relevant parties.
Ensure customer satisfaction: respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, provide personalized and helpful service, resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct quality assurance tests: collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement testing procedures for reservation processes, conduct regular tests to identify any issues or areas for improvement, document test results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role in the hospitality industry. Proven experience as a QA Specialist, strong English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are also essential.
