About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gainstrong Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Advances and Liquidations: You will be responsible for verifying the legitimacy of cash advances, liquidations, travel requests, and hotel reservations for our sales representatives. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of our internal policies and procedures.
  • Weekly Official Business Allowances: You will compute and summarize the weekly official business allowances for our Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all your work.
  • Premium Item Liquidations and Attachments: You will collect and analyze data on premium item liquidations and attachments, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Activity Proposal Verification: You will carefully review activity proposals to ensure that requested supports are valid and aligned with approved budgets.
  • Monthly Expenses: You will compute and summarize the monthly expenses of our Sales team, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
  • Daily Activity Reports: You will consolidate daily activity reports from our sales representatives, monitoring progress against approved itineraries and making adjustments as needed.
  • Sales-Initiated Activities: You will organize sales-initiated activities, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.
  • Confidential Document Management: You will maintain the secure storage and confidentiality of sensitive documents, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Ongoing Support: You will provide ongoing support to our Sales team, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and helping to drive business success.
