About the Role:
Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial Enablement Team, including coordinating the pursuit approval process and managing databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the pursuit approval process for new opportunities, including gate approval meetings and database maintenance.
- Distribute opportunity and pursuit information to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain opportunity and sales databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries from various stakeholders, using excellent communication skills.
- Support the Commercial Enablement Team with ad-hoc tasks, such as editing and formatting proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy of work are essential.
