About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of financial services, including credit review and approval, transaction management, and invoice reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Credit Review and Approval: Oversee the review of credit applications to ensure that they meet all necessary requirements and comply with client finance contracts.
  2. Transaction Management: Oversee the coordination of the installation of equipment and ensure that contract commencement dates align (excluding Consolidated Billing customers).
  3. Invoice Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of invoices with finance contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data to identify and resolve data matching issues in XLS spreadsheets and prepare uploads into finance portfolio systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Holder of finance or related studies.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of prior settlements experience within leasing or financing industry.
  • Skills: Excellent Excel skills, intermediate Access skills, excellent communication skills, and good level of initiative.
