Key Responsibilities- Develop learner-centered training programs that meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related field.
- 3-5 years experience in designing and developing training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in courseware authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
- Experience with E-Learning design principles, practices, and platforms.
