As a Learning Experience Designer, you will provide strategic leadership in instructional design strategies and methodologies. You will scope, analyze, design, and evaluate learning experiences to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop learner-centered training programs that meet business objectives.
- Conduct robust learning needs analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze audience, context, content, and available performance data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training solutions.
- Design and develop engaging learning content, including courses, modules, and assessments.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related field.
- 3-5 years experience in designing and developing training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in courseware authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
- Experience with E-Learning design principles, practices, and platforms.
