">About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials.

The Learning Experience Designer will provide thought leadership in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies, with particular emphasis on scoping, analysis, design, and evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Designing Learner-Centered Training Programs: Develop training programs that meet the needs of learners, taking into account their background, skills, and abilities.
  • Developing Training Materials: Create high-quality training materials, including courseware, instructional videos, and interactive simulations.
  • Conducting Needs Analyses: Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives.
  • Evaluating Learning Effectiveness: Gather relevant data comparison of performance and training effectiveness, and suggest ways to improve and/or sustain performance based on results of evaluation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related course, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Distance Education or Educational Technology is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.
