About This Role

We are seeking an experienced instructional professional to help us develop and deliver engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and identify primary and secondary learning objectives
  • Create branded templates for content, including presentations, handouts and interactive simulations
  • Borrow from gamification, storytelling and assessment techniques to engage learners
  • Develop e-Learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
Project Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in all stages of the project, ensuring proper and timely communication
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed schedule
Supporting Functions
  • Support internal business processes, including innovation, learning and internal operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields, preferred
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent written and communications skills, mandatory
  • Proficiency with various software application programs including Microsoft Office
