Job Title: Senior Consultant - HR Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and help drive business growth through strategic HR transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in HR consulting to support clients in achieving their organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage experience in HR transformation to support client projects, collaborating with other teams and stakeholders
  • Support leadership in growing the practice and driving demand generation for client projects
  • Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance capability offerings within the practice
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across other HR service areas to share insights on overall strategic and operational performance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR transformation and consulting domain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing HR transformation projects across various areas, including HR tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, and HR SSC implementation
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HCM systems, including Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors
