HR Transformation Specialist

A career in HR Transformation offers the opportunity to build a unique career with global scale, inclusive culture and technology.

The role involves leveraging experience in HR Transformation to support client projects, driving effective communication with project team counterparts and collaborating with subject matter experts across other HR service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage experience in HR Transformation to support client projects.
  • Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain.
  • Build strong relations and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations.
  • Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across other HR service areas.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience preferably in HR Transformation or HR consulting domain.
  • Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA.
  • Exposure to HR transformation programs enabled by technology.
  • Strong understanding of 1 or more HCM systems.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting for global organizations, across industries.
  • Design of role descriptions and role catalogues.
  • Design of RACI documentation.
  • Benchmarking and design of organization structure.
