Job Title: Business Transformation Associate

As a Business Transformation Associate, you will have the opportunity to build a career that is unique to you, with global scale and support of a leading professional services organization. You will work with clients to design and implement transformation programs, leveraging your expertise in HR process re-engineering, HR shared services, and HR technology assessment.

  • Leverage your experience in HR Transformation to support client projects, collaborating with other parts of the organization and member firms.
  • Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas within the HR functional domain, including HR process re-engineering, HR shared services, and HR technology assessment.
  • Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice and enhance awareness across the firm.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts across other HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to share insights on overall strategic and operational performance.
  3. Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced for the project through exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts.
Requirements:
  • High integrity and commitment to working in a new and challenging environment.

  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience preferably in HR Transformation or HR consulting domain.
  • Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA.
  • Exposure to HR transformation programs enabled by technology.
