As a member of our People Consulting team, you will be part of a global workforce that supports clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while keeping employee experience as one core consideration.

The opportunity we have is to leverage your expertise in Human Resource Transformation to join our PC team and contribute to the growth of this leading professional services organization.

  1. Leverage your experience in HRT to support client projects, collaborate with other parts of the organization and EY member firms
  2. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in HR functional domains such as process re-engineering, shared services, technology assessment and vendor selection
  3. Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations
  4. Support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques and methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice and enhance awareness across the firm

You will be expected to collaborate with subject matter experts across other HR service areas to share insights on strategic and operational performance. To ensure high-quality deliverables, exhaustive internal reviews and obtaining excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts are essential.
