Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in a key role that will drive business growth and success.

This position will be instrumental in delivering strategic workforce transformation projects for global clients, leveraging expertise in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture, and Talent Management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in capturing industry thought leadership, organisation / process metrics benchmarking to create outstanding deliverables.

Responsibilities will include providing support in ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective communication with client and project team counterparts, and contributing to the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization design, Workforce planning, and Talent management.
  • Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA.
  • Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise, challenge, and influence clients.
