As an HR Transformation Consultant, you'll work with clients to align their HR function with organizational goals while prioritizing employee experience.

Our ideal candidate has expertise in HR Transformation and is passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience in HR Transformation to support client projects and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in HR functional domains such as process re-engineering, shared services, and technology assessment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project team counterparts through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, tools, and methodologies to enhance capability offerings within the practice.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR service areas to share insights and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR Transformation or HR consulting domain.
  • Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA.
  • Strong understanding of one or more HCM systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, or SuccessFactors.
