HR Transformation Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Associates in GDS Consulting.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our PC team and be part of a leading global professional services organization.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging experience in HR Transformation to support client projects in collaboration with other parts of GDS organization and EY member firms.
  • Supporting leadership in growing the practice and demand generation for client projects in collaboration with EY global offices.
  • Contributing to global thought leadership on EY's HR Transformation offerings.
  • Developing strong relations and driving effective communication with clients and project team counterparts across global locations.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts across other HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to share insights on overall strategic and operational performance.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in HR process re-engineering, HR shared services, HR technology assessment, vendor selection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
