The Opportunity

We are looking for professionals with expertise in HR Transformation to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be instrumental in the growth of our organization while working on client projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your experience in HR Transformation to support project deliverables in collaboration with other parts of the organization.
  2. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain such as process re-engineering, shared services, technology assessment, vendor selection, etc.
  3. Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with clients and project team counterparts across global locations.
  4. Support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques and methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the organization and enhance awareness.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts across other HR service areas such as learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance to share insights on overall strategic and operational performance.
  6. Ensure high quality project deliverables are produced through exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts.
