Business Development Representative

As a key contributor to our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by connecting with potential customers and scheduling appointments for our representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in outbound calls to identify and qualify prospective customers
- Arrange consultations between contacts and members of our Sales Team
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our system
- Represent the company's best interests when interacting with contacts
- Maintain high standards and requirements for all calls
- Deliver reports promptly and accurately
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet connection
- A dedicated, quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
- Professional demeanor
- Willingness to exceed expectations to achieve desired outcomes
