Job Summary:

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to spearhead the growth of our outsourcing and offshore staffing services. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and client discovery to proposal delivery, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Engage directly with business owners, executives, and operational leaders to identify workforce gaps and propose scalable offshore solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, legal) to develop tailored staffing strategies aligned with client goals
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals outlining pricing models, service scope, and value outcomes
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across industries and maintain consistent, professional communication
  • Coordinate all aspects of client onboarding to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment on expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and proposals using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events (virtually or in person) to drive engagement and build brand presence
  • Stay current on outsourcing trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to refine positioning and conversations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B consultative sales, account development, or business solutioning
  • Prior experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, or recruitment services is highly preferred
  • A proven track record of navigating long sales cycles and engaging senior-level decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, COOs, HR Directors)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and strong documentation habits
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (e.g., Australia, US, UK) and travel occasionally for client-facing activities
  • Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City(Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
