Job Summary:
Are you a relationship-driven professional with a knack for B2B consultative sales and a passion for helping businesses scale smarter?
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to spearhead the growth of our outsourcing and offshore staffing services. If you have a background in BPO, RPO, or offshoring, and thrive in a solution-selling environment, this is your opportunity to join a fast-evolving, people-first organization that partners with global clients across industries like construction, real estate, IT, staffing, and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization, engaging directly with decision-makers to identify workforce needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and legal teams to create tailored offshore staffing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, clearly outlining pricing, scope, and value
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across industries.
- Oversee client onboarding to ensure smooth service delivery and aligned expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, attend client meetings/events, and stay updated on outsourcing trends and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B consultative sales, account development, or business solutioning
- Prior experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, or recruitment services, with success in managing long sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with excellent documentation habits.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (e.g., Australia, US, UK) and travel occasionally for client-facing activities
- Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City
(Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
