Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (Legal), you will build and nurture the sales pipeline by booking appointments, qualifying leads, and executing outbound prospecting strategies. You will engage potential clients, communicate value propositions, and drive opportunities for business growth while working in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, or BDR roles; experience in the Digital Marketing industry is a strong plus.
  • Direct B2B experience in appointment setting and lead generation in the U.S. region.
  • Proven success in U.S. market outreach, including lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline development.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English fluency (written and verbal); able to explain complex solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a demonstrated ability to understand prospect pain points and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently hitting KPIs in high-volume outbound environments.
  • Skilled with sales technology, including CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and prospecting tools.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours, managing a mix of inbound and outbound engagement.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives and deadlines.

  • Background in digital marketing or familiarity with digital marketing products and services.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Your Daily Tasks

Appointment Booking on Inbound Leads

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads promptly, scheduling appointments with Account Executives for further discovery and sales discussions.
  • Understand each lead's needs to align them with appropriate solutions and RYNO's services.

Lead Nurturing

  • Manage and nurture existing leads, fostering relationships to build trust and ensure continuous engagement.
  • Communicate RYNO's value propositions effectively to generate interest and guide leads toward a meeting with an Account Executive.

Outbound Prospecting

  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, email, and social media outreach to identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, conduct discovery calls, and qualify leads to create a steady flow of new prospects for the sales team.
