AI Safety Business Development Representative

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join its AI Safety Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, researching and prospecting potential clients, and booking meetings with account executives and solutions engineers.

  • Fulfill Sales- Accepted Leads: Consistently meet monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked.
  • Balance Lead Generation and Qualification: Convert inbound interest quickly and run focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost.
  • Inform Product Roadmap: Surface prospect pains and trends to Marketing, Product, and Solutions so we keep building what the market actually needs.
  • Raise Safety Standards: Help more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services like evals, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring services.

Key skills required include:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software.
