We are looking for a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As an essential member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior leaders
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  3. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  4. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders
  5. Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
