Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
This is a remote position that requires exceptional calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership, including email management, document preparation, and data compilation.
- Document & Presentation Preparation: Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
- Communication Handling: Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
- Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
- Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to confidentiality standards.
