Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join our team at SYNETCOM PHILIPPINES INC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Campaign Support
    • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
    • Coordinate and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Sales Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining CRM systems.
    • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
    • Coordinate and manage sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
    • Prepare reports on market conditions and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Serve as a liaison between the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing services and materials.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and print materials.
    • Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Handle administrative tasks such as managing marketing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation related to marketing and sales activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately P 50,000 - P 70,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in the Philippines and requires regular travel to client sites and industry events.
