Job Title: Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team at SYNETCOM PHILIPPINES INC. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing departments in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Coordinate and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining CRM systems. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Coordinate and manage sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Prepare reports on market conditions and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment on strategies and goals. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing services and materials.
  • Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and print materials. Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing marketing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records. Prepare and maintain documentation related to marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month
