We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team at ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. About the Role

The primary focus of this role will be to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new opportunities for revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engage potential customers, and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align business development strategies with overall company initiatives and goals.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay up-to-date on best practices in business development and marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to design and implement effective sales processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
