- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications
- Assist in data entry and database management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast learner with willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes

Compensation:
