About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team . This full-time role will be based in Luzon and will play a crucial part in driving the success of our store expansion.
What you'll be doing
Identify and develop new store locations in line with company expansion plans.
Lead business negotiations with prospective partners or landlords to secure favorable agreements.
Manage the contract signing process to ensure timely and compliant closures.
Coordinate and oversee the processing of all required certificates and permits for new store openings.
Prepare all necessary activities and logistics for smooth store launches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful location development and opening.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in business development, location acquisition, or contract negotiation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes related to store openings.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
