Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- 1 year of technical customer service experience via multiple channels.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to take initiative and identify potential problems.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change.
