The role involves coaching, shadowing, and supporting agents directly, as well as identifying and growing talent, leading, motivating, and coaching direct reports to establish and develop an effective team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent quality and productivity across channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in managing teams for contact center services.
  • 2-4 years of overall experience.
  • College graduate or undergraduate degree.
  • People management experience.
  • Basic PC knowledge and typing skills.
  • Communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
