Appointment Setter Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and schedule consultations with our sales team.
  • Ensuring accurate information is inputted into our system to maintain high standards and requirements.
  • Representing the company professionally when conversing with contacts.
  • Delivering reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participating in process-improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong internet connection;
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace;
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift;
