Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generator / Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential clients, make outbound calls, book appointments for the sales team, maintain CRM data, follow up with prospects, and contribute new ideas for lead generation.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales. You must have a confident phone manner, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated is also essential.

You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, sourcing and categorizing leads using tools like Google Maps, maintaining and updating the database, identifying and qualifying leads, sending relevant information to leads, collaborating with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress, contributing ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts, supporting email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses, and conducting bulk email marketing regularly.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
