We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive appointment setter to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect potential clients through phone calls, identifying their needs and interests.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet our sales requirements.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales team, streamlining the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for future growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team and provide necessary prospect information, facilitating effective communication and sales efforts.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, measuring the success of our appointment setting efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar phone-based sales support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor, able to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve targets, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone, effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions.
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is a plus, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the field.
