We're seeking a skilled lead generator and appointment setter to help us connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

You'll utilize your expertise in B2B outreach to book qualified appointments and generate leads for our coaching, seminar, and online course brands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. Our compensation structure is performance-based, with payment per booked Zoom meeting and bonuses for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Book qualified appointments with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals
  • Work with engaging content, including VSLs, landing pages, and lead magnets
  • Contribute to the growth of multiple coaching and seminar brands
  • Meet weekly via Zoom to discuss progress and goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • 1+ year experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
  • Results-driven, organized, and self-managed
  • Access to LinkedIn and reliable internet

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Payment per booked Zoom meeting ($20 per qualified call that shows up)
  • Bonuses for volume and closed sales ($100-$200 and $100-$750 respectively)
