We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter with a background in the construction industry to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the construction sector.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies using email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM systems with up-to-date prospect data.
- Engage in continuous market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes.
- Analyze key metrics related to lead conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Effective phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Tech-savvy attitude.
- Proactive approach.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours.
