Behind the Scenes Coordinator

You will be the key to seamless operations in a dynamic home care setting. Your role is to create order and confidence for both caregivers and clients.

Your work ensures someone's parent, grandparent, or loved one receives the care they deserve.

As a Home Care Scheduler, you will manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and help keep both sides informed, supported, and calm even when things get hectic.

You will also assist with administrative tasks, keeping things moving and meaningful.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Respond promptly when someone cancels a shift or doesn't clock in
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
  • Update records and case notes in our system
  • Collaborate with the ops team to flag issues and ensure staffing remains smooth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
Requirements:
  • You have experience in scheduling or think you can excel in this role (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience)
  • You are calm under pressure and naturally organized
  • You enjoy solving problems on the fly
  • You are comfortable with software systems and remote communication
  • You have built strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner they can rely on
  • You take initiative, but you are also a great team player
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule
