Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Corporate Sales team at Starpaper. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new business opportunities and the management of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, with a deep understanding of their applications and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate and dealer accounts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales collateral and strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B space
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
