Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tech Support Specialist to handle customer support calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong written communication skills, and be comfortable working with technical troubleshooting documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to manage customer interactions
  • Follow structured guides to resolve issues or escalate when necessary
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, empathetic solutions
  • Assist in creating and updating troubleshooting documentation
  • Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic, but must be trainable)
