Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers via chat, email, or phone
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
Working from Home:
  • A computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed
