Sales and Business Development Professional

Join Silverlush Realty Inc. as a Sales and Business Development Professional and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Prospect for new clients and build relationships with existing ones
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
  • Execute online sales strategies across social media platforms
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment
  • Generate, track, and provide regular reports and updates on sales performance metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or related role
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, products, and services
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales or account management and knowledgeable of the sales process
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working Conditions:

Candidates shall report to the Eastwood office from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM or total hour equivalent thereof, regardless of existing and specially declared holidays. May require occasional overtime during peak periods or for specific projects.
