Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Staff/Associate to join our team at ICareerup, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for sales and business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Knowledge of PEZA or BOC rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and technical descriptions.
  • The ability to create effective quotations and proposals.
  • Strong customer service skills, including handling requirements and after-sales relationships.
  • Possess a high level of organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates who reside near Makati City, but we are open to considering applicants from other locations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
