We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and contribute to the growth of online success. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and experience seamless interactions with our products.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support on our product offerings, troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets, and simplify complex issues into actionable steps that customers can follow. You will also contribute to various teams or projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.

  • Solve technical problems and assist customers in resolving issues related to our products.
  • Collaborate with different teams and perspectives to achieve meaningful solutions.
  • Contribute to improving AI-powered systems and enhance the Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, and experience working in tech or SaaS environments. Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English language proficiency (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, preferably through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
