Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to healthcare professionals and businesses, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

  • Email & Calendar Management: Manage and schedule emails, appointments, and patient-related calendar tasks for clients.
  • Customer Support: Handle patient inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain digital records and files.
  • Healthcare System Management: Input and manage data using EMR/EHR systems and other healthcare software tools.
  • Billing Support: Monitor billing, follow up on claims, and manage insurance verifications.
  • Reports & Presentations: Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations when required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage virtual communications and set up meetings effectively.
  • Marketing Tasks: Provide basic support for social media and marketing initiatives.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Ensure confidentiality and follow all HIPAA compliance guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with healthcare operations or a willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency in using software and tech tools is also required. The Virtual Support Specialist must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently, with discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in using software and tech tools; quick to adapt to new technologies.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM PH time / 8 AM – 5 AM Chicago time).
