Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to clients via various communication channels, resolving complex issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide expert technical support through phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Analyze and resolve technical inquiries with varying levels of complexity.
  • Gather necessary information to effectively resolve intricate cases.
  • Maintain knowledge of client products and services to deliver superior support.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer data.
  • Collaborate with developers and other IT departments to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.

Required Skills

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher for both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar field is essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
