Job Overview

What are we looking for?

  • Native-level Dutch and English B2 communication skills
  • At least six months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is required
  • Experience providing support via live chats
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A reliable laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
