Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet performance targets and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Work with sensitive information securely and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Native Chinese language proficiency and English upper intermediate level (B2).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience with live chats and emails.
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Positive attitude and responsible behavior.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
